Brian J. Allman

Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer

Brian Allman joined the company in March 2006 as director of financial reporting. In August 2007 he was promoted to corporate controller and was subsequently elected chief accounting officer in April 2009 and vice president, chief accounting officer, in November 2010. From September 2002 to March 2006, he worked as financial reporting manager for Nabors Industries Ltd, a drilling and well servicing company. A certified public accountant, he previously worked in public accounting as an audit manager with KPMG after beginning his career with Arthur Andersen.
