Air Logistics, a Bristow company, provides helicopter services, maintenance and other support services to the oil and gas industry. Air Logistics operates a premium fleet of more than 170 single and twin-turbine helicopters in the United States. The company offers flight services from 13 strategic locations across the Gulf of Mexico stretching from Rockport, Texas to Venice, Louisiana. Each of these locations offer a mix of aircraft, ranging from the medium-sized 12-passenger crew change aircraft to the small single and twin-engine aircraft used for intra-field and smaller volume personnel movements. All of Air Logistics’ Gulf of Mexico bases receive support, materials and operational assistance from its regional headquarters and primary maintenance facility in New Iberia, Louisiana.

Alaska

Air Logistics of Alaska, a Bristow company, entered the Alaska market in 1977. Regional headquarters are located in Fairbanks, with additional facilities at the Deadhorse/Prudhoe Bay Airport (North Slope), the Valdez Airport (Prince William Sound), and in Anchorage (Cook Inlet). In addition to the company’s primary bases, Air Logistics of Alaska has the year-round capability to establish temporary remote project bases anywhere within Alaska in support of customer field programs.

Air Logistics of Alaska’s core business is helicopter transportation services targeted to Alaska’s oil and gas and related support industries. Contracts include support to pipeline operations, offshore & onshore exploration and drilling and seismic programs, remote construction, environmental studies, survey and permitting activities, and oil spill contingency and emergency response. The company also provides flight services to state and federal firefighting efforts, survey, minerals, remote construction and O&M work, and to animal capture/tagging programs for state and federal wildlife agencies.

For more than 25 years, Air Logistics of Alaska has been the “operator of choice" for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company in support of the day-to-day operation of the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS). The TAPS mission is a crucial one, concerning the transport of approximately 20 percent of America’s domestic oil production more than 800 rugged miles from Prudhoe Bay to the marine terminal in Valdez.

Air Logistics International, a Bristow company, operates in several markets in Central and South America, including Mexico, Colombia, Trinidad & Tobago and Brazil. The company is an equity partner in Heliservicio Campeche, the leading helicopter operator in Mexico and Aeroleo Taxi Aerea Ltda, a leading helicopter operator in Brazil. Utilizing the one-team concept, the Bristow Carribean Ltd entity is managed locally with oversight from the Air Logistics International headquarters in New Iberia, Louisiana.
