Search and rescue services are a core part of Bristow's business with operations currently in the Netherlands, Norway, Trinidad, Australia, Russia and Brazil.

Bristow has a reputation for unsurpassed service and faultless execution of search and rescue operations. The company has more SAR experience than any other operator in the commercial sector.

For 25 years, Bristow provided SAR services in the UK, where it completed its 10,000th SAR mission late in 2005 and flew in excess of 15,000 SAR hours, rescuing nearly 7,000 people. The company won the prestigious Queens Award for Innovation for our technical developments in SAR.
